I usually post healthy recipes but my kids like the occasional sweet treat which I think is fine when it's homemade.
Here's an easy one I made for them that only took 5 minutes: EASY CARAMEL POPCORN 3 qts. popped corn 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 c. Karo corn syrup 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda In the saucepan, combine butter, salt, Karo syrup, brown sugar. Stir constantly until it starts to boil.
Let boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Then put in baking soda, stir. Pour over popped corn. #kellifrancefood
